How to Claim a Reward

What are rewards?

Many projects offer rewards in exchange for different contribution amounts. Rewards can be objects, acknowledgement, a thank you, services, events or anything that does not violate our Terms of Use.

Rewards are listed on the right side of the Project page, under the green colored "Fund This Project" button. If you do not see any rewards listed, the campaign owner may have decided not to offer any rewards. You will need to contribute at least the amount listed to claim the associated reward. Rewards are offers made and managed solely by project owners.

How do I claim a reward?

Click on the "Fund This Project" button on any active project page to provide your contribution details and select your reward.

When will I receive my reward?

Receiving your rewards(s) often takes time! Selecting a reward as a part of your contribution is not the same thing as buying something online. Rewards may require much more than just money to develop, manufacture and distribute. Since project owners manage rewards, we recommend contacting the project owner directly to find out the status of your reward.

How do I change my mailing address?

If you have already contributed to a project and need to change your mailing address, please contact the project owner directly with your updated information.

How do I select my reward details (e.g. t-shirt size)?

If your reward asks for you to select an option, such as a t-shirt size or song download, please contact the project owner directly with your choice.

Can I change my reward?

Each contribution made is recorded as a separate contribution with a separate reward. If you would like to receive a new reward, you can do this in a separate contribution.
